[Kflog-user] KFLog is fully ported to Qt4 now ;-)

Hello,

I did the initial implementation of the LX20 interface. If any problems occour I will have a look into it. Our LX20 is deposited at our airfield, but if some testing must be done I can get it.

Be careful, I had to change a lot of QString stuff. Some old methods
do not more exist in Qt4 and were replaced by other ones.
