[Kflog-user] Suggestion for KFlog: Flarm integration (new try)

Hi Eggert,

I could compile and test your Flarm modifications with success. Plugin can
be opened but I have no Flarm to check the connection in detail. I removed
some compiler warnings caused by your new code. If you give the go, I can
build a Debian package.
