[Cumulus] Bug with welt2000.txt?

Hi Axel

Don't ask me why, but today is it working. I have removed the external
memory card (where everything is stored, it's a 8GB card and only the
cumulus stuff is on it) and deleted the generated txc of the airspaces
(to check afterwards if cumulus has generally write access).
Put back the card in my N810, started cumulus and everything was working
perfectly. I have done yesterday the same several times (except deleting
the *txc-File), but yesterday was not Friday... :-)
