[Cumulus] Bug with welt2000.txt?

Hi

I've installed cumulus 2.5.1 on my Nokia810.
I put the welt2000.txt file in my map/airfield directory. After I
started Cumulus, the welt2000.txt is still there, but as a empty file
with the size of 0 Byte.

The rest (map, airspaces) are working without problem. Is there a bug in
Cumulus or any failure on my side?
