[Cumulus] Compile issue in nmeaSimulator part fixed

Hi Michael,

I found and fixed the problem in the vector.h file of the nmeaSimulator
part. It should compile now without any complains. Please make a try if
it is also true in your compile and build environment.

Futhermore I recommend you to take more into account the N810 as device
for cumulus because the N800 has no hardware keypad and no built-in GPS
receiver. Also the virtual keyboard support is missing in the current
cumulus release for the N800. That is one of my next tasks in the next time.
